GIFTS FOR ALL GOD’S CHILDREN HISTORY

1987---- began at Faith Lutheran Church in Troy as an Advent ministry to 187 needy children. Twenty-one years later in 2008 the Lord has expanded this outreach and now the following churches, private/public schools and businesses sponsor children, make donations or volunteer:

In December 2008 over 2570 children received gifts picked out especially for them through GFAGC and Kids for Kids. Sponsors in churches, businesses and schools purchased these gifts. At Christmas parties large bags of gifts were distributed to families while others were delivered with food baskets to homes in the city.
