Every summer, our community sets aside an evening to do something beautiful. We gather, we celebrate, and we give, all so that children who are so often overlooked can know they are seen, known, and loved. This year’s Christmas in July was exactly that kind of night, and it was one we will not soon forget.
The room was full of friends both old and new. Longtime supporters reunited over dinner, first-time guests learned about the children we serve, and everyone shared in the same joyful purpose. There was laughter, there was fellowship, and underneath it all was a deep sense of mission. These are the moments that remind us why this work matters.
Together, we raised more than $100,000 to support underserved children across our community. We want you to picture what that truly means. It means backpacks filled and ready for the first day of school. It means socks and underwear for children who go without the most basic necessities. It means camps, tutoring, and the steady presence of people who show up for children year after year. Every dollar given that night becomes something a child can hold, wear, and remember.
We also want to say something important. This celebration did not belong only to the people who filled the room. It belonged to all of you. To the friends who prayed over this ministry from home. To the supporters who gave quietly, whether their gift was large or small. To the faithful partners who stand with us all year long, long after the tables are cleared and the lights come down. You are just as much a part of this story, and we are grateful beyond words for you.
Nights like this are possible because of a community that believes every child deserves to be cared for. Thank you for being that community. Thank you for your generosity, your prayers, and your presence. We are honored to serve alongside you, and we cannot wait to see what God has in store next.
